Reading Recap: Sept 2023

Making It Through

It’s like we jump straight from Fourth of July and American Flags on everything to Halloween/Pumpkin Spice/Christmas. I can’t take it. Target has Christmas Trees on sale! Dunkin has a full pumpkin menu. Like, slow down Earth, you’re spinning too fast.

I have made an effort to save money anywhere I can so, I got a library card for my local library and I have been so excited to check out books! I literally hadn’t been inside of a library since college! I can’t wait to return my current books and get some more. This past month I slowed down my reading because of football (#GoBirds and #GoCUBuffs). My Thursday nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Monday nights are booked and I can’t cancel again! Word to the Grinch. But I made it through a few books this month, let’s jump right in.
