WHAAAT?!

Everything about this story was off the rails. Skye is way too young t be dealing with Burke, I don’t care how handsome he is. She should be enjoying her young-adult life and not worrying about marrying this man with a questionable background.

Heather is crazy. Period. She reeks of jealousy and disdain for how her life turned out. Jeez, build a bridge and get over it, or better yet, go to therapy. Yes, that is what everyone in this book needs, professional treatment.

Once the whole plan begins to unravel and it’s clear who’s pulling the coat strings, the whole story picks up and starts moving really fast. I can’t say that I blame Heather for her feelings but good lordt, her actions were horrible.
